OXYD-KERAMIK GMBH & CO KG is a medium-sized family company.
More Than 40 employees are currently employed. Refractory building materials are mostly
manufactured for the iron, steel and non-ferrous metals industry.
Our in-house manufacture from raw material to finished product and the
logistical optimized storage results in quick delivery.
PRODUCTS
Our large warehouse with high-quality raw materials ensures fast delivery. We produce according to our
own recipes.
LABORATORY
We are constantly researching new solutions in our own laboratory and developing individual solutions together with our customers.
QUALITY
Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. More information and certificates can be found here.
Own production
All raw materials and finished products are stored in dry, covered halls or silos. These are mixed with modern equipment according to our own recipes. The quality check is carried out according to ISO 9001: 2015 (see quality).
The ready-mixed masses are filled in automatic or semi-automatic filling systems. When it comes to the type of packaging, we follow the customer's wishes.
There are 25 kg bags, but also different shapes of big bags up to a weight of 1,000 kg possible. The finished goods are weighed by truck scales and delivered on time.

We obtain our raw materials from producers all over the world. A large network of trading partners helps us to always have raw materials that meet our quality requirements available in sufficient
quantities at short notice.
In our production, these raw materials are mixed in one of our five high-performance mixers using recipes we have created ourselves, and then packaged and prepared for shipping.
Since flexibility is part of our everyday practice, we can react to customer requests at short notice and adapt our production accordingly.
